Sword Art Online: Alicization es la tercera temporada de la adaptación al anime de Sword Art Online dividida en dos partes, siendo dirigida por Manabu Ono y producida por A-1 Pictures. En esta temporada se adapta como historia principal el arco narrativo Alicization correspondiente a los volúmenes 9 al 18 de la novela ligera escrita por Reki Kawahara e ilustrada por Abec.
Sinopsis
Sin darse cuenta, Kirito se ve inmerso en un mundo virtual de fantasía. Con pocos y confusos recuerdos de lo ocurrido antes de conectarse, Kirito empieza a vagar por este lugar buscando respuestas. Llega hasta un enorme y negro árbol, donde se encuentra a un chico que se presenta como Eugeo. Aunque supuestamente es un residente del juego, el joven presenta las mismas emociones que un ser humano. Mientras comienza a afianzar su relación con Eugeo, Kirito empezará a recordar como corría con Eugeo por las montañas cuando era un niño.

Siendo la primera vez con Shinra Kusakabe, protagonista del anime Fire Force .
Alfredo Gabriel Basurto retoma a Vassago Casals / PoH despues de interpretarlo en el episodio 6 de la primera temporada , pero por razones desconocidas no retoma a Death Gun , siendo remplazado por un actor sin identificar.Humberto Solórzano no retoma a Eugene debido a que el estudio de doblaje de esta temporada no esta afiliada con la ANDA , por ende es reemplazado por Octavio Rojas .Melissa Gedeón no retoma a Yuna debido a que no trabaja para el estudio donde se dobla el anime actualmente, siendo reemplazada por una actriz aún sin identificar.Los episodios especiales Recollection y Reflection (igualmente conocidos como los episodios 18.5 y 24.5) también fueron doblados. Errores [ ] El episodio 8 es el único de que trae los insertos doblados.
